Sales have begun on a new luxury condo project developed by Alexander and Baldwin. The project is a a 70 unit residential conduminium community consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom units. The 7 acre project will have a total of 7 low rise buildings. Units are estimated to cost between $700K – $1.8M.

Wailea is Maui's resort community and one of the most affluent communites in Hawaii. The median home price of a single family Wailea home is over $1 million.
