The Gazebo restaurant in Lahaina ranked in at #2.  With beautiful views right on the beach this restauraurant is a great place to start your day.  This busy restaurant always has a line out the door so get there early!

Kihei Caffe ranked #6.  They serve traditonal American breakfast foods including bacon and french toast. 

Another kihei restaurant, the 808 Bistro ranked in at #11.  

In my opion, Maui Coffee Roasters located in Kahului shouldve made the list.
