Market Update

There are currently 207 pending escrows in South Maui.  South Maui hasn't hit this number in over 12 months.  That's great news.  People are buying real estate on Maui!

We'd also to like to draw your attention to January's "official" sales numbers released last week by the The Realtor's Association of Maui.  RAM's publication included two additional home sales that were not yet accounted for when we did our unofficial analysis mentioned in the February 1st issue.  We believe you'll find RAM's
analysis extremely educational and insightful.  If you haven't already done so, be sure to check it out.

Our goal each week is to educate and entertain you on the subject of Maui real estate.  If we are achieving that outcome, then we'll consider this newsletter a great success.
