One of the main driving forces for real estate has always been the conversion of renters to homeowners. 

This has never been more true than it is today when interest rates are so low and rents so high that it is often less expensive to own a home than to rent one.

According to recent survey conducted by Opinion Research Corporation, 60% of home renters plan to buy a home in the next 5 years, and 40% of apartment renters also plan to buy a home.  Read More
