Market Update

The Montage Kapalua Bay Resort has been awarded the first ever Pineapple Award by Pacific Business News.  The pineapple award names The Montage Kapalua as, "The Boutique Hotel of the Year." 

The Montage has received many prestigious recognitions since its opening only 2 years ago.  They were named the top hotel in Hawaii, as well as one of the top hotels in the world by Travel and Leisure magazine.  

The Montage resort consists of 50 residences, 6 grand residences and 84 condominium residences.  The cost of the Montage residences range in price from $4.8 million - $8 million.
