Market Update

There are several upcoming, Maui developments to keep an eye on this year.  Ilima at Kehalani is currently taking reservations for the 49 single-family homes that will comprise this project in the master planned community of Kehalani in Wailuku.  Prices for Ilima will start in the $700K range.  21 buyers have already made reservations for the smart and stylish homes. 

Conveniently located in Pukalani, Kua'aina Mauka will feature sixteen 2 bed, 1 bath cottages and sixteen 3 bed, 2.5 bath homes.  Cottages will begin at $350K and homes at $550K.  Site work has begun and sales for Kua'aina Mauka should begin in Spring according to the developers agent.
