Market Update

There are lots of new developments happening across Maui.  In Haiku the Haiku Town Plantation homes are nearing completion.  This is a unique offering of 12 new construction homes on large agriculture lots in the new subdivision Haiku Town Acres, walking distance from the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Haiku Town. There are two floor plans available, a 3 bed, 2 bath main home and a 2 bed, 2 bath ohana.  

In Central Maui, the Parkways construction in Maui Lani still has homes for sale.  Additionally, the master planned community of Kehalani is conducting sales of the Ilima, Highlands and Kaimana developments of brand new homes. 

In South Maui construction has begun on the long awaited Kihei High School.  The Discovery Land Company is underway developing the Makena Golf and Beach club, changing the face of Makena.  

Upcountry 18 of the 35 Kula I'o lots are still for sale.  Lots range in size from 2 - 25 acres with ocean views from one of the finest Kula locations to come to market in many years.  

In West Maui the final phase of the Honua Kai Resort and Spa, Luana Gardens is under construction. Other developments on the West side include the Montage and Kahoma Village.
