Market Update

Realtor.com researchers analyzed 1.5 million active listings across the country to determine what home features are most popular in each state.  People from Oregon value having a home with a hot tub, while in Oklahoma residents are looking for homes with storm shelters.

The most popular home feature in Hawaii is an ocean view, with 16% of listings highlighting an ocean view. As a state surrounded by the Pacific Ocean it is no wonder an ocean view is the most popular Hawaiian home feature.

Hale Kamaole 203 features an ocean view from both bedrooms.  The private lanai offers views of Molokini and spectacular sunsets.  Wailea Point 601 and Wailea Point 301 are on the coveted front row with the most beautiful unobstructed ocean views which will make you feel like you're on a boat.
