Market Update

The market continues to be influenced by Distressed Properties. New Short Sales and Bank Owned properties are coming to the market each week. 

If you are in the market for a foreclosure or pre-foreclosure property, let us know the details of what you are looking for, and we will send you a list of distressed properties that most closely match your needs and budget.

In addition to listings of distressed properties, many developers with unsold inventory are offering excellent pricing and incentives on new homes and condos in the Kihei, Lahaina, Wailuku, and Pukalani areas.  Again, let us know what your needs and budget are, and we'll be happy to advise you as to the best deals. 

In our Hot Buys list shown below, we have featured one listing at Ho'olei in Wailea.  If you are looking for a luxury condo in a resort area, you should definitely consider Ho'olei.  The developer is motivated and willing to look at offers.  Seller financing is being offered to qualified borrowers with 25% down.
