Market Update
Ever wonder what's moving the market? Below is a graph showing the number of pending sales from January 3, 2015 through March 13, 2015.
After some fluctuation at the beginning of the month it looks like Maui sales are on the rise. A more detailed report shows that 51% of pending sales for March are below $500K, 47% of which are condos. The South Maui condo market has the most pendings for the month at 37 pending sales.
