Fractional Ownership may seem like a foreign term, but it could make the possibility of owning luxury real estate in Maui much more real for some buyers. There are currently two properties on Maui being sold this way by a company called Lifestyle Asset Group. This fractional ownership model allows owners of an LLC to purchase a piece of the property using cash. With the combined efforts of several LLC’s, buyers can purchase the property outright without the use of traditional financing.
