Customer Listing Synopsis


Market Update

Home prices continue to climb in Central Maui, hitting a 12 month high median price of $650K.  The Central Maui district has consistently been the busiest market on the island all year long.  The Island-wide median single family home price has stayed fairly consistent at $700K.  

In August there were 29 single family home sales in Central Maui which includes all of Kahului and Wailuku.  This was the most home sales of any other district.  Year to date there have been 224 home sales, double the amount of sales in Kihei which has the second highest amount of home sales.

Single family homes purchased last month had been on the market for an average of 102 days.  Generally, this year homes have been on the market for a shorter time than last year when the average was around 120 days on market.  

Last month condo sales dropped slightly below the monthly average of 114 to 110 and the median sales prices dropped by 9% to $400K from $440K in July.
