Market Update

As we say goodbye to 2020 and we welcome in 2021, there are several new developments that we want to highlight for our first newsletter of 2021.


There is a new single family workforce housing development community for Maui residents only called, Hoku'ula located in Hali'imaile, Upcountry, Maui that will have an upcoming lottery this coming April.  These will be 4 bedrooms, 2 or 2.5 bath single family homes with living areas of 2,208 sq. ft. to 2,512 sq. ft. and land areas of 7,500 sq. ft. to 8,500 sq. ft.  The first 98 homes will be for workforce housing (must meet Maui County's eligibility criteria) and the second 98 homes will be at market value.  Prices for the workforce homes will start at $556,255.  At this time, we don't know what the market priced homes will start at.  Applications are due by 5 p.m. on March 31st, 2021 to be considered for the lottery.

Anuhea at Kehalani

The new single family home development, Anuhea at Kehalani located on the mountainside in Wailuku will be holding a 2nd lottery for phase 2 of their development on Tuesday, January 26th.  The phase 2 release will be on Monday, January 18th.  This development will have 164 homes with five different 3 bedroom, 2 to 2.5 bath single family floor plans ranging from 1,529 sq. ft. to 1,998 sq. ft.  Price ranges will start in the high $700,000's.

La'i Loa

If you are interested in a luxury residence in Wailea, the new project called, 
La'i Loa, still has some inventory available.  They sold 65 % of their first release.  This development offers 2 and 3 bedroom new condominium villas and penthouses for sale on 13 acres.  The premium amenities included with this Wailea Hills complex are storage units, private underground parking, an infinity edge pool and an outdoor terrace.  Prices start in the mid $1.5M range.
