WELCOME 2012!  We hope you had a great New Year's celebration!  We would like to thank all of our clients and friends for giving us another successful year in real estate.  We are currently in our high winter season with snowbirds visiting from colder parts of the world. 

According to Terry Tolman, the Realtors Association of Maui's chief staff executive, "The biggest challenge would be to match buyers with properties as the inventory of available Maui homes has dropped 18% in the last 12 months."  Compared to November 2010, we are up 26% for single family home sales on Maui.  We are up to the challenge to help you find a dream home on Maui.  We still have a number of short sales and bank owned properties that need to be sold.
