Market Update

Wailea Golf Estates phase II is the newest project in Wailea.  There will be 16 expansive home sites with spectacular ocean golf and pond views on the 7 acre parcel that will be annexed in to Wailea Golf Estates. 

Interested buyers can either purchase a home site to build on, a completed custom home or a spec home.  The custom homes will range from 2,900-4500 square feet and buyers will be able to be involved with the finishing and design elements.  The spec homes are being designed by qualified, local architects and their plans will be released to the public mid November. 

The Wailea Golf Estates II website will be live on November 2, 2015.
