Market Update

There are lots of exciting new developments that are available to purchase now on Maui. 

Nalu Ola Ranch on Maui's North Shore will consist of 14 oceanfront parcels ranging from 6-57 acres.  Nine parcels are now available.  This is the first time there has been an opportunity like this on the North Shore in decades. 


Wailele Ridge, West Maui's newest condominium development is now available for sale to owner occupants.  There is a special event on Sunday, April 17 from 11:00 - 3:00 with a site tour and light refreshments.  Let us know if you would like to register for this event.
