Market UpdateAs you can see by scanning through the featured listings this week, many of them are either bank owned or short sales. In addition to these distressed properties, we find that the new projects such as D.R. Horton's Opukea in Lahaina and Cottages at Kulamalu are offering some tremendous buyer incentives, as well as great pricing.
