P.S. - Don't forget to apply for your homeowner's exemption if you own and occupy your property as your principal residence to get the lowest property tax rate for Maui County and a $200,000 exemption off your assessed value.  You will definitely save some money on your property taxes.  There is also a circuit breaker credit as well.  You must apply by this Thursday, December 31st.
