This week we thought we'd do something a little different.  Chances are each week you read this newsletter with hopes of retiring, semi-retiring, or one day spending a considerable portion of your time living on Maui.  Rather than letting us tell you living on Maui is all rainbows and butterflies (which we have been guilty of from time to time), this week we'll let Ray Tsuchiyama tell you in his own words what it's like to make the leap.  Ray and his wife moved from Tokyo to Maui in September 2011.

We came across Ray's story in the Maui News. His reflections offer some great insights into the journey of what it's like to finally call Maui home.  You can also check out Ray's experiences via Twitter.
