Market Update

Paradise Ridge Estates South Maui's luxury ocean villas are now for sale.  The project consists of 32 luxury 3 & 2 bedroom condos in a privately gated community with pool and spa located across the street from Kamaole 3.  This residential complex is pet-friendly and will have ocean views from most units.  With prices starting at $699K there are now only 11 units left in Phase 1. 

The sales models at Kamalani are now open for viewing!  Kamalani is a new community of 2 and 3 bedroom condominium homes in North Kihei with prices ranging from $315K - $495K. Let us know if you would like to schedule a private tour.   

Kahoma Homes will be West Maui's newest affordable housing development located in Lahaina above the Cannery Mall.  There will be 68 lots ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft - 12,000 sq ft.  65 homes will be built of 10 different floor plans and 3 lots will be sold vacant.  Sales prices will be approximately $280K for a 2 bedroom, range from $331K - $662K for a 3 bedroom and between $380K and $761K for a 4 bedroom depending on qualifying income.
