Market Update

A recent survey revealed 64% of contracts close on time but the remaining face delays or even terminations.  The most common factors delaying contracts are financing issues (12%), inspection problems (8%) and appraisal issues (7%).  3% of distressed property sales end up being terminated due to title or deed issues.
