P.S. Looking for a deal?  This 2 bedroom, 2 bath fee simple condo at the beautiful oceanfront Papakea Resort in Napili (near Lahaina) was brought to our attention yesterday.  The owner is quite motivated to sell.  The most recent sale of a 2 bed, 2 bath condo at the Papakea resort sold in April 2010 for $925K.  At nearly 60% less the price of the previous sale, this condo is a steal.
