P.S. Maui Marketplace used to be a popular destination for outdoor mall shopping in Kahului, and locals can probably tell you the stores that have opened and closed over the years. 2019 is no different, and Maui Marketplace is welcoming a handful of new businesses to the outdoor mall.

Starbucks is moving from their current location to a larger location close to the entrance of the mall. Jollibee which is a popular chicken restaurant in the Philippines will be opening a location where the old Bank of Hawaii used to be. For the month of October, Spirit has opened a pop-up Halloween store where the old Sports Authority used to be.
