Market Update

We are very pleased to announce that for the third year in a row, we were selected by Hawaii Business Magazine as one of the Top 100 Realtors® in the State of Hawaii.  In fact, we were 15th in the State out of 18,000 agents and 3rd on Maui.

In spite of our accomplishments, we are not going to rest on our laurels, and will continue to do our utmost to provide superior customer service, which is how we measure our success. 

Based on the substantial recent increase in activity over the last few months, we are confident that we have reached the low point in terms of the number of new sales; however, there may still be some weakness in pricing, especially in the higher end.  In any event, it is definitely a good time to be looking and making offers as the recovery has begun.
