Market Update

All real estate markets fluctuate.  They go up. They go down.  They go back up.  They go back down.  Hawaii's real estate market is no different.  Granted some markets have more dramatic price movements than others—but the fundamentals still work the same.

Historically, Hawaii real estate prices have followed a pattern similar to California's real estate prices. Take a look at the following graph which details the median price movement for all Hawaii counties combined during the past 10 years.  Now look at the median price movement for all California counties combined over the past 10 years.  Do you find anything striking about the two?


Our prediction is that we are at or very near the bottom.  What do you think?  A year from now what will we look back and say?
