Market Update


With inventories at such low levels, you have to be quick if you want to score a good deal. 

Over the weekend, it came to our attention that a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo at Kihei Holiday with an asking price of $249K was falling out of Escrow.

When you consider the lowest priced 2 bedroom vacation rentable fee simple condo on Maui is Koa Resort #3G asking $329K, it is no wonder why the Kihei Holiday condo went almost immediately back in to Escrow.
