 Market Update

It was recently recounted that someone from Coldwell Banker Island Properties mentioned to an agent from another company that we had opened 95 new Escrows. 
 
The other agent commented that was really a lot of escrows to open since the beginning of the year.  Well, it wasn't 95 new escrows in 3 months, we opened that many in just one month.
 
In fact, Coldwell Banker Island Properties continues to do far more business than its closest competitor.  This year we are continuing in that tradition. 
 
Personally, we are on track for another terrific year as we are already at 71% of last year's production, so long as we close all of our current escrows, and it is only the second week in April
 
It is a great time to be a Buyer.  If you need to sell, we are happy to help you.  We have an excellent track record in closing Short Sales as well as getting Top Dollar for Sellers.
