For the 7th year in a row, Hawaii is crowned the 'happiest state' in the nation.  The Gallup National Health and Well-Being Index polls people on 5 elements of well-being: career, social, financial, community, and physical. 

Out of 115,000 people surveyed, here's the top 3 states that are the happiest:


1st place - Hawaii
2nd place - Wyoming
3rd place - Alaska

The last state ranked was West Virginia.

P.S. -  Southwest Airlines announced on Monday that they will begin their flights to Hawaii starting on March 17th.  I found some incredibly low inter-island flights from Maui to Honolulu starting from $29 each way.
