Market Update

Maui will be the first county in the State of Hawaii to begin sales of medical marijuana. Maui Grown Therapies completed the rigorous lab testing requirements and passed their final onsite inspection yesterday.  The State Department of Health gave them their notice to proceed and Maui Grown Therapies representatives said they would transact the first legal sale of marijuana in Hawaii today. 

The retail center is located in the Maui Lani Village Center.  This week will be their soft opening, where they will only be selling to patients who have gone through pre-opening intake by appointment only.  Next week Monday, August 14, 2017 Maui Grown Therapies will be open to walk-in patients Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm.  

The company will be offering free consultations with patient education specialists for those interested in learning how cannabis can help manage symptoms and which products are best suited for their conditions.  The State of Hawaii has specific guidelines for cannabis possession and purchase
