Market Update

One of the things that we love about Maui is its great diversity. Are you aware that Maui has every climatic zone with the exception of Arctic! Yes, we have it all -- tropical, sub-tropical, desert, and temperate.

You can choose what climate is your comfort zone and best suits your needs and desires.  For example, if you imagine yourself living next to a stream or have waterfalls in your backyard, then Hana might be the perfect place for you.  

If you want to live in a very dry warm area close to white sandy beaches, then South Maui (Kihei/Wailea/Makena) or West Maui (Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kahana) areas would be ideal. 

Or perhaps you prefer warm sunny days with cooler evenings and dramatic bi-coastal views -- then Kula might be the perfect location.

Of course. your decision might also involve other lifestyle choices, such as access to golf, surfing/watersports, restaurants, cultural events and night life. Maui has it all.
