Last week we reviewed the number of properties sold on Maui for each of the past four years.  This week we'll look at the median price history of single family homes sold on Maui since 1998.

1998: $254,000693 units sold
1999: $250,000, 1004 units sold
2000: $275,000, 1009 units sold
2001: $298,250, 1030 units sold
2002- $375,000, 1026 units sold
2003- $440,000, 1428 units sold
