Market Update

This past Thursday we had a sales event for the highly anticipated new development, Andaz Residences Maui at Wailea.  There will be 12 oceanfront residences located on Wailea's famed Mokapu Beach. 

This project will be a part of the Andaz Resort that is currently under construction.  Living areas will range from 3,234 sq. ft. to 5,005 sq. ft.  Each unit will have 3 or 4 bedrooms with 5 unique floor plans.  The living area will consist of LEED construction, low 'E' glass, and textured granite flooring throughout. The master bedroom will be facing the ocean.  The kitchen will have Miele appliances, custom wood cabinetry, contemporary fixtures, a butler's pantry area, and Italian granite counter tops.  The lanai will have retractable walls of glass, an outdoor kitchen with a Viking grill and refrigerator.  

Some of the amenities will include a 13,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness center, cascading pools with terraced decks and cabanas, concierge services, 24/7 resort security, Iron Chef Morimoto's restaurant, Andaz Restaurant, a 24 hr. market, and much more.
