Market Update

According to data provided by CoreLogic, Hawaii is one of the 5 states with the lowest number of completed foreclosures.  California and Florida have the highest number of completed foreclosures. 

The number of nationwide completed foreclosures fell 19 % year-over-year with 54,000 completed foreclosures in the country in February.  This is the lowest level since September 2007.  February marks the 16th consecutive month in which the foreclosure inventory has fallen.

Our bank owned inventory on Maui has dwindled with only 7 residential properties, 4 condos, and 8 vacant lots for sale.  We have a total of 1,635 active listings in our inventory (505 residential units, 751 condo units, and 379 vacant lots for sale).
