The first couple of homes have been framed at the new development, The Parkways at Maui Lani in Kahului.  This is a new single family golf course community surrounded by the Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course.  There are 8 different floor plans and the homes will range in size from 1,385 sq. ft. to 2,404 sq. ft. in living area.
