Maui Real Estate was mentioned last week in this article published by Forbes.  This is one article you don't want to miss. Morgan Brennan, the author of the article, asserts that luxury, second-home driven markets like Hawaii and South Florida are showing signs of a rebound.

We believe Brennan is correct (at least in regards to Maui). The numbers tell us one story, while oftentimes the mainstream media portrays an entirely different story.  So who should we listen to?  We try to default to the question: What do the numbers tell us?  The numbers suggest incremental improvements in the market... at least on Maui.
