Market Update

Most buyers hate the thought of building, which is why those that are willing to go through the aggravation and headaches of doing so often can create a lot of equity for themselves.

I decided to put my money where my mouth is in this regard.  I am buying a lot in Sandhills Estates where I intend to build a spec home.  If all goes well, I will be selling a brand new finished home with great views in about 8 months from now.

Furthermore, I decided to take the lot in Haiku that I own off the market, and build a cottage on it.  I will then condominiumize the lot, and sell of the cottage and future house site separately.  I just can’t see leaving so much money on the table.

If you are interested in exploring this option, I know of many other great lots where one can put up either a spec home or one for their personal use.  Let me know if that idea interests you.
