This last year and the last decade have been eventful for the Smith Team as well as for the Maui real estate market. We are looking forward to providing our clients with the best information and the best experience in 2020 as you are searching for the perfect island property.

P.S. There will be two midnight firework displays in Maui County that will be open to the public. The first will be held at the Grand Wailea Resort in Wailea and the second will be held at the Four Seasons Resort on Lanai. We recommend getting to the area early, as the beaches and open spaces do tend to fill up. Both displays are scheduled to begin promptly at 11:59pm.

For personal firework displays, Maui County is allowing legal fireworks which emit sparks no higher than 12 feet to be set off from 9:00pm on New Year’s Eve until 1:00am on New Years Day. Arial fireworks and illegal firework displays could be subject to a fine of up to $2,000. Be safe with your firework displays and be sure to have the correct fire safety tools on hand.
