Customer Listing Synopsis


Market Update

It is interesting to look back at the history of the most expensive properties sold on Maui.  All of the properties below sold for over $10M.  

            Condos                  Land
The most expensive home sold was in 2015 for $41.75M to an undisclosed party.  It was in Keahou at Makena and was not oceanfront.  The most expensive homes sold have been mostly in either Makena or on Keawakapu Beach.
All of the condos that have sold for over $10M were in Wailea.  The most expensive was at the Wailea Beach Villas for $12.5M in 2010.  

Of the 10 land sales over $10M, two closed this year in Makena, both at over $13M.  

Many of the properties have had resales and in almost every case, the prices have been substantially higher even for those properties that sold at the peak of the market between 2005 and 2007.
38 homes have sold over $10M and currently there are 22 Active Listings over $10M with no pending sales.  It is a buyer's market for expensive homes, time to make an offer.
