Market Update

Kualono Living, Upcountry's newest vacant lot development is now accepting buyer registration packets from interested buyers.  Registration is due by the end of the week, September 2, 2016.  Upon registering you will receive a registration number which will be included in the random selection which will take place Saturday September 3, 2016. 

The selected numbers will be posted at Kualonoliving.com on the evening of Sept 3rd.  If your number is selected you must RSVP to select a lot by September 9, 2016.  The lot selection will be held Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 10 am at the Pukalani Community Center.  After selecting a lot buyers will be able to enter into a Kualono sales contract and submit their deposit, securing their lot. 

Melissa will be at the on-site sales trailer tomorrow and Friday morning.  Please wear shoes if you'd like to tour the site.  Tours can also be scheduled at any other time that is convenient for you.
