Our friends at Old Republic Title have provided the statistical information for the number of foreign buyers purchasing real estate on Maui from the beginning of this year till the ending of September.  A majority of the buyers are coming from Canada with 80% in West Maui and an astounding 93.04% in the South Maui area.
