Market Update

April 2016 year to date statistics show more transactions have been completed in South Maui, but West Maui leads in total dollar volume.  17 more units total were closed in April of this year than April 2015, that is an 8.25% increase.

The median sales price has increased year to date thru April 2016 in both the residential and condominium markets by 4% ($619K) and 1% ($441,250) respectively.   However, the total dollar volume for residential sales has decreased by 4% and remained the same for condominium sales.
