Market Update

During the month of February, you might be experiencing the full bite of winter on the mainland. But the weather on Maui has always been a draw for people all over the world to either move here or come for a visit. Even during rainy season, you can still count on sunshine and breeze throughout most of the island. Let’s look at some of the temperatures in major US cities compared to Maui.

Maui: Mostly sunny. Breezy. Isolated showers in the afternoon. Highs 79° to 84°. Northeast winds up to 25 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Seattle: Sunny and clear with a high of 45 °F. Winds variable at 7 to 15 mph.

Portland:  Partly  sunny and clear with a high of 50 °F. Winds from NE to ENE at 8 to 17 mph.

Denver: Mostly cloudy with a high of 26 °F. Winds variable at 2 to 11 mph.

Chicago: Sunny with a high of 27 °F. Winds NW at 9 to 18 mph.

New York: Mostly sunny with a high of 44 °F. Winds from NW to WNW at 14 to 23 mph.
