It is a planned community that will be located close to parks, shopping, golf and medical facilities in Maui Lani. Currently there are 6 different floor plans in use and that will be available for potential owner occupants to purchase. Models A, B, and C all feature 3 beds, 2 baths and a garage, though the interior floor plan may be different between models. Model D features an additional bedroom while still maintaining a single-story aesthetic. Models E, and F are both two story options with 3 and 4 bedroom floorplans available. P.S. The Hawaiian Islands are known to be a popular destination for Hollywood filmmakers to shoot scenes for movies like ‘Jurassic Park’ but what we don’t see very often is a movie made entirely by local filmmakers. Kuleana-Maui is a mystery-drama film set in 1971 as a Vietnam War veteran finds himself in the middle of a murder investigation. The writers and directors of the film are both Maui residents with a large majority of the cast being from Maui as well. After a limited screening in select movie theaters, Kuleana-Maui is set to release as a Blu Ray/DVD combo later this year.
