Market Update

Does home staging make a difference to buyers?  81% of buyer's agents say that staged homes make it easier for buyer's to visualize a property as a home.  Staging can dramatically influence buyers' perceptions of a home and even motivate them to pay more.  The National Association of Realtors survey revealed that 32% of buyer's agents say that their buyers are often willing to make offers of 1%-5% more for a staged home. 

Home staging can be very advantageous, however only 34% of seller agents surveyed say they stage every home they sell.  It is common for selling agents to only stage a home if it is "difficult" or high priced.  This is most likely because home staging can be costly at a median price of $675. 

46% of buyer's agents say that buyers are more likely to view a staged home that they viewed online.  We offer virtual staging at half the price of traditional home staging.  This helps buyer's visualize the property as a home but also keeps their minds open to all the decorating possibilities.  Would you believe this home is virtually staged?
