Market Update

 

Despite the overall slowdown in the 2014 Maui real estate market we are expectant the future is looking bright.  We expect to see a trend this Fall balancing out the market and rewarding buyers who have been patient. 

The anticipated surge in buying this Fall is expected to be caused by a shift from a seller's market to a more evenly balanced market.  Home prices are beginning to flatten out and buyers are more eager to buy now.  We expect to see these trends continue to balance out over the upcoming three months. 

As evidenced by price drops and more negotiation between buyers, the stage is being set for a Fall selling surge stronger than any other in the past five years
