Market Update

There are many new development projects in store for Maui's future.  In Wailea, Makalii, "where life takes flight" will be 68 luxurious units promoting indoor and outdoor living.  These $1M-$2.5M units will be showroom available in December and out on the market in January 2016.  

In Lahaina, there are plans for the new affordable housing project Kahoma Village, along front street, next to the cannery mall to be on the market in the second quarter of 2016.  There will be 101 detached single homes and 102 townhouses on 21.56 acres in the $200K - $700K price range. 

In Kihei, Kamala Kai will be a 40 unit affordable housing development one block from Cove park.  There will be 3 bedroom units ranging from $300-$500K per unit.  There is a full time Maui resident requirement, half of the units will be for people 55 years and older.
