Market Update

Recently as in many other parts of the country, we've seen a rise in rents.  In many cities, it is now cheaper to own than to rent.  Read more.

This is also true on Maui for some properties.  If you are renting, and would like to find out if it makes sense for you to buy, please give us a call.
