Upcountry Maui's newest community is nestled into the slopes of Haleakala, overlooking Pukalani town and on to the Pacific.  Kualono will consist of 49 lots ranging in price from $270K to the high $300,000's.  

Get in early to pick your favorite lot, an informational meeting will be held August 28th at 3 pm at the Hannibal Tavares Community Center in Pukalani.  Lot selection by way of lottery will begin September 11 at 10 am.  Lot sizes will be 18,074 square feet and up.
