June 2026 Maui Market Update: Opportunity Meets Stability

As we move into the heart of summer, Maui's real estate market continues to present exciting opportunities for both buyers and sellers. June brought renewed momentum across the island, with 76 single-family home sales and 87 condominium sales, demonstrating that motivated buyers remain active when properties are priced competitively. While the market has become more balanced, demand for Maui's unique lifestyle and exceptional real estate remains as strong as ever.
The island-wide median sales price for single-family homes held steady at $1,356,975, reflecting the long-term strength and resilience of Maui real estate. Meanwhile, the condominium median sales price adjusted to $625,000, creating new opportunities for buyers seeking short term rentals or their first piece of paradise. With homes spending a median of 149 days on the market, today's buyers have more time to make informed decisions, while sellers who price strategically are continuing to attract strong interest and successful sales.
Luxury real estate also remained a standout, with 26 luxury transactions closing in June, reinforcing Maui's reputation as one of the world's most desirable destinations for premium real estate. From oceanfront estates to resort-style condominiums, discerning buyers continue to recognize the unmatched value of owning property on the Valley Isle.
