Customer Listing Synopsis

Market Update

The median price of a single family home on Maui dropped to $705K in May.  That's a 14% decrease from the month before when the median single family home price was $819.5K.  At a median single family home sales price for the month of May, $705K is 18% higher than in 2018 when it was $690K.  

The realtors association of Maui reports that the year-to-date single family home median sales price is $740K, a 7.5% increase from last year. 

Last month 133 homes changed ownership, a 70% increase from the number of home sales in April.  The greatest number of homes that sold were in Wailuku, where 27 homes changed hands. 

In the condominium market, the median sales price in May was $518K, a 16% increaser from the previous month.  The year-to-date median condo sale price is $517K, a 6.5% increase from 2018.  A total of 142 condos sold in May, the majority of which were in Kihei (54 condos).
